1946
Establishment of a plant for telephone and telegraph apparatus repair under Kiev Region Communications Department
1947
The plant was transferred to the Main Department of Industrial Enterprises of the Ministry of Communications of the USSR and soon renamed into Kiev Plant No.12 under the Ministry of Communications of the USSR.
1957
Production of the first samples of computer facilities in the USSR developed under the guidance of academician V.M. Glushkov for the Centre of Atomic Investigations in Dubna Town near Moscow
1966
Kiev Plant No.12 renamed into Kiev Union Plant «Promsvyaz»
1968
Moving of production facilities from Podol to the new production premises near «Kiev-Petrovka» railway station
1971
Increase in the production output 50 times as much as compared to 1946
1989
Based on «Promsvyaz» basis an Engineering and Design Office and Kiev Production Association «Promsvyaz» were founded.
1994
Kiev Production Association «Promsvyaz» was reorganized into the Open Joint-Stock Company «Promsvyaz».
1997
In order to maintain the production potential and survive during the time of collapse of the industrial complex of the country, OJSC «Promsvyaz» carries out the restructuring resulting in setting up of a number of daughter enterprises
1998
The establishment of a new enterprise – Closed Joint Stock Company «Promsvyaz» equipped in conformity with the best world standards. Up to 2009 the enterprise produced telephone cards and modern outdoor payphones for the needs of «Ukrtelecom», Byelorussia and Russia.
2003
Reorganization of the daughter enterprises through joining to the main production aimed at consolidation of manufacturing capacity, labour and financial resources, increase in the volume of the output.
2006
Awarding of the work collective of «Promsvyaz» OJSC with an Honorary Diploma of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for tremendous contribution to the development of the branch of communications and informatics, expansion of the product line and mastering the production of new types of products and on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of its establishment. Implementation of the ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management System at the enterprise.
2011
Renaming of the Open Joint-Stock Company «Promsvyaz» into Public Joint-Stock Company «Promsvyaz».
2016
renaming public joint-stock company “Promsvyaz” into a private joint-stock company “Promsvyaz”.
